This page is used to connect QuickBooks Online (QBO) to Artisan Contractors Insurance Services LLC for internal workflow automation.

What this integration does

• Reads invoice-related accounting data and related metadata (e.g., invoice IDs, amounts, dates, customer/company name).
• Creates internal workflow tasks and draft updates for our systems (for example, internal logs, spreadsheets, or agency management systems).
• Any external update is subject to human review and approval.

What this integration does NOT do

• Does not initiate payments.
• Does not process credit cards or store payment card data.
• Does not withdraw funds or “take” money from any account.
