This QuickBooks Online (QBO) integration is provided by Artisan Contractors Insurance Services LLC (“we,” “us”) to support internal workflow automation related to invoice activity and bookkeeping operations.

Scope of Service
The integration may access QuickBooks Online accounting data such as invoices and related metadata and may generate internal workflow tasks or draft updates for our systems (for example, internal logs, spreadsheets, or agency management systems). Any external update is subject to human review and approval.

No Payment Processing
This integration does not initiate payments, process credit cards, or collect funds on your behalf.

No Legal, Tax, or Accounting Advice
Information produced by this integration is for operational convenience only and is not legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the integration at any time. You may revoke access at any time through your Intuit/QuickBooks connection settings.

Limitation of Liability
The integration is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the integration.
